Welcome to surprisetourism.com (the "Website"). This website is provided solely to assist Travel Companies and customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations, or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. Surprise Tourism LLC owned the www.surprisetourism.com website to sell the travel components directly to the Travel Company and consumer or customer.


Pricing 

Our policy assures you of economic pricing and the convenience of making a reservation online. Prices quoted on our website are charged on per person basis. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in unforeseen circumstances, such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.


Payments 

We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and PayPal. Suppose you make a payment for our products or services on our website. In that case, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection (The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules). Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests must provide their card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be shown as a charge on your statement.


Once the payment is made, our travel consultants will email you a confirmation slip. Its print can be produced as evidence of charge to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you've provided the correct information about your travel requirements at the time of booking.


Rates and Currency 

All rates quoted are net and inclusive of all taxes and service charges except any city taxes, resort fees, tourism fees, or other expenses directly payable at the hotel by the guests.


The Travel Company or Traveler must pay the invoices in the same currency as they are raised. If the Traveler is desirous of settling invoices in another currency, we may allow us so only at our discretion at an exchange rate.


Suppose the government, local governing bodies, or service providers impose additional taxes, fees, service charges, resort fees, or any other indirect charges without prior notification. In that case, these additional charges (s) will be imposed on the reservation. The prices displayed are the final amount that is owed to us. They will not be included in the reservation amount. Because we have limited control over these additional charges/taxes/resort fees/VAT, we will not be liable to pay them.


Booking Procedures for Hotels & Apartments 

The Travel Company or Traveler expressly undertakes to provide to Surprise Tourism LLC only correct and valid information while requesting services under this agreement and not misrepresent facts. Any default on the part of the Traveler would vitiate the bookings and shall disentitle the Traveler from availing of the services from Surprise Tourism. 


If nine rooms or more are requested, it will be considered a group booking, and the system will automatically redirect the request to the Group RFP (request for proposal) module.


Hotels / Apartments 

Hotels are classified as five-star, four-star, three-star, two-star, and one-star, and apartments are classified as standard and deluxe. It is the supplier of the accommodation component that provides us with the classification, and we verify and authenticate it. The supplier is not liable or responsible for any errors or inaccurate information provided to us. 


The accommodation component supplier also provides images, descriptions, and a list of amenities/facilities. 


There must be a match between the number of guests and the room category, for example, one adult in a single room, two adults in a double or twin room, three adults in a triple room, and four adults in a quad room. Hotel rooms with extra beds for adults and children can also be requested, and the system will search the database and display hotels with rooms that match the search criteria for the number of occupants allowed in the room. 


The child's age must be specified when booking a room for children. Breakfast is not usually included in the rate when children share a room.


Holiday 

Within two days of departure, the final travel vouchers for the hotel, sightseeing, and flight will be emailed to the lead passenger. 

Refunds will only be issued if the customer arrives for the trip's departure. 

Should complete payment for a booking not be received promptly, surprisetourism.com reserves the right to cancel the booking.


Cancellations & Amendments 

Confirmed bookings can be canceled or amended without any charges before the cancellation and amendment deadline. 


The charges will be displayed if a booking is canceled or amended after the cancellation or amendment deadline. The booking can be withdrawn or amended upon acceptance of the orders, and the system will automatically generate an invoice for the costs. 


If you wish to cancel or amend your booking after the check-in date, please write to our reservations department along with a letter mentioning the waiver granted by the hotel.


Inclusions and Exclusions of the package price 

Any holiday package you book only includes the items specified in the package. We do not include personal items, such as private insurance, transportation to your outbound airport, refreshments, telephone calls, laundry, gifts, meals, beverages, optional excursions, passport, visa, porterage, etc., unless otherwise indicated, which are always the client's responsibility. There are no guarantees for early/late check-in/check-out unless paid for by the Traveler. Hotel check-in/check-out times are fixed.


Minimum Stay 

The system will automatically apply the minimum stay restrictions imposed by the supplier and display the rates and availability for the period of the minimum stay, even if the request is for a period less than the minimum stay.


Refunds 

Refunds will not be given once vouchers are issued, and there will be no refunds after vouchers have been delivered. 


Refund requests for partially utilized services can only be processed if the service provider provides written proof that the guest did not use all the services in full, as specified in our final confirmation. The supplier, in writing, will refund non-utilized services. For fully unutilized services, we can only process refund requests after we receive a written appeal. Our supplier must confirm refund requests. 


In cases where no refund is applicable, the refundable amount provided by the supplier is final. Twenty-one days is required for any refund requests to be processed. Once a refund is processed, no claims will be entertained.


The merchant fees charged by the credit/debit card provider will be deducted from any refund on the card.


Liability 

Travel component descriptions are provided to us and passed on by us in good faith. We accept liability for the accuracy of travel component descriptions or details, nor do we accept liability for any loss incurred by a Travel company in relying on the reports. We do not verify or inspect any facilities or services that make up any travel component.


The Travel Company or Traveler indemnifies Surprise Tourism LLC against all claims or liabilities arising from their actions. As a result of the steps Surprise Tourism LLC took to protect its interests and those of its genuine customers, Surprise Tourism LLC shall not be held liable for loss or damage. Upon suspicion of fraud, Surprise Tourism LLC can refuse or cancel bookings. 


Onward Sales 

Travel component Onward Sales are the Travel Company's responsibility. We sell travel components under a contract with the Travel Company. Consumers who purchase travel components deal with the Travel Company, not us ("Onward Sale"). Our liability does not cover Onward Sales to Consumers, and anything associated with a travel component. 


Whenever a Travel Company sells a travel component to a Consumer, we are not responsible or liable for any dispute arising between the Travel Company and the consumer. Upon an Onward Sale by a Travel Company, that Travel Company will indemnify us against all losses, fees, expenses, and costs resulting from that claim.


Indemnification for negligence, failure, fault, or omission on the part of any supplier, owner, or controller of any travel component is not provided by us.


Whenever possible, we provide alternative arrangements or refund any sum already paid unless contracts with their suppliers bind the supplier before receiving a refund.


Suppliers, owners, and controllers of any travel component are not liable for negligence, failure, fault, or omission on our part.


Unless contracts with their suppliers bind the supplier, we always do our best to offer alternative arrangements or refund any amounts already paid unless the supplier cannot obtain a refund from them.


Force Majeure 

Our cancellation policy does not extend to situations in which our contractual obligations cannot be performed or performed promptly or in which our guests otherwise suffer damage or loss due to "force majeure," except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions. If the supplier of the service(s) in question or we could not foresee or avoid an event, it is considered force majeure in these Booking Conditions. There might be war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorism, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, or any other similar event beyond our control.


Credit Card Chargeback 

The Travel Company or its customer is responsible for ensuring that a genuine credit card is used for paying for bookings. The Travel Company may use their corporate credit card or customer's credit card to make bookings. 


The Travel Company or its customer is entirely liable for any losses or damages arising from using fake or stolen credit cards or any chargeback.


Maintenance 

In its sole discretion, we reserve the right to terminate the access to any or all Surprise Tourism LLC websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance, or for any reason whatsoever.


Services 

It is our goal to avoid relocation as much as possible. However, it can still happen. Surprise Tourism LLC is an intermediary between the service provider and the agent. Suppose Surprise Tourism LLC cannot honor the booking confirmed through the online allotment received from the service provider or operator. In that case, it will offer the client a similar or another category of accommodations. Surprise Tourism LLC will refund the agent the total amount if Surprise Tourism LLC cannot provide the alternative option the agent accepts. Surprise Tourism LLC will not be responsible for any additional direct/indirect loss for the same service, or any other service availed by the guest/agents from Surprise Tourism LLC or any other source.


Travel Partners or customers who do not agree with any part of these terms, conditions, or notices must not use Surprise Tourism LLC Services. 


Declaration

Travel companies and their customers must ensure that no employees, directors, or stakeholders are listed on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), or Blocked Persons list. 


We must receive immediate written notification if any of the Travel Company's shareholders or directors are listed on the SDN List.


Law & Jurisdiction 

Although we retain the right to bring proceedings against Travel Company for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country, the UAE courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.


UAE law governs and construes these terms of use and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation. 


Your Privacy 

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle our client's personal information.


As part of our compliance with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and government requests, we reserve the right to monitor, retain and disclose any information. We may disclose aggregated information about users, use statistics relating to the site, and aggregated information about our sales and trading patterns to others.

Please read the privacy statements of each website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Statement applies only to information collected by our Web Site.
